THE PRESENTATION: BUSINESS CONTINUITY AND DISASTER RECOVERY PRIMER AND HOW IT AFFECTS RECORDS

MHA Consulting, Inc. is the local experts who help governments and businesses develop business disaster and recovery plans. How prepared is your business or agency if a disaster or pandemic strikes? As a Records Manager, Legal Professional, IT Professional, or HR Manager, what are your department's plans to handle employees' information and other company records/data when the servers go down? What happens when your buildings are inaccessible due to floods or fire and your company data cannot be accessed for hours, or worse, days?

This presentation will discuss the important aspects of business continuity and disaster recovery, how records management is impacted, and how it provides value to the business continuity program and processes. The goal of this month's session is to provide an interactive platform to ask questions and allow for a customized level of information sharing.
